CLUB

Three Rivers
Garden Club maintains the park at the Rome Visitor’s Center
just off Turner McCall Boulevard at the Civic Center
Complex. The club works to do seasonal plantings and
decorations for special occasions. There are several flower
boxes, window boxes, containers on the antique luggage cart
and wood boxes on the steps to the gift shop and visitor’s
center which is an antique train caboose.
They are planted
with annuals and maintained throughout the year. The spring
is a colorful show of daffodils, azaleas and pansies.
Easter decorations enhance the colorful area including a
flag, Easter egg tree and egg wreaths during the Easter
season. The garden spot is a bright delightful welcome to
Rome for visitors and citizens alike.
Three Rivers Garden
Club makes a beautiful statement year round at Rome’s unique
and unusual Visitor’s Center.
This club is a group of ladies and one man who enjoy many different facets of gardening and related topics. We have wonderful fellowship and an active participation in our volunteer activities. We welcome all to be a part of a great club.
